Job Title: Operations Manager / Team Lead (Remote, Worldwide)
About the Role
TrainThemAI is seeking a remote Operations Manager to recruit and manage a team of video operators. The company collects first-person video data of household tasks to train AI/robotics models. This is a performance-based role with no salary cap.
Responsibilities
- Recruit remote video operators in your country or region (using Telegram, local job boards, and your network)
- Onboard new operators on our Slack and recording platform
- Run quality spot-checks on uploaded videos
- Keep operators active, handle their questions, and resolve basic technical issues
Requirements
- Previous team-lead, team-building, or remote-team recruiting experience
- Fluent in English or Spanish
- Comfortable with Slack, Telegram, and basic spreadsheets
- Self-driven and results-oriented
Compensation
- You earn $1 USD per hour of approved video your team delivers. No cap.
- Operators are paid separately by us ($4.50/hr direct).
- Twice-monthly payouts.
- Specific scaling numbers will be discussed in DM with serious candidates.
