About the Role

I am hiring remote video editors for ongoing work with an anime-inspired jewelry brand. You may specialize in either long-form or short-form content; there is no requirement to be equally good at both. I may hire multiple people for these roles.

Responsibilities

• Long-form Content: Aesthetic YouTube editing in the style of tppo. Requires the ability to shape a story, control pacing, and utilize motion graphics, sound, and visual details without creating a cluttered edit.
• Short-form Content: Creating content for Meta ads. Requires an understanding of hooks, product-focused pacing, clean captions, and the ability to make jewelry visually engaging within the first few seconds.

Compensation

• Budget: $1,000–$2,000 USD per month (depending on experience, availability, and workload).
• Rate: Scope will be agreed upon in advance; the hourly equivalent will not be below $15 USD.
