About the Role
We make an app that helps you not forget things: you say a thought out loud and it turns into a note, a task, or a reminder. We are hiring 3-4 people to create short-form video content for the app.
Responsibilities
- Volume: 2 videos a day (15-30 seconds each), minimum 12 videos per week.
- Format: Filmed on your phone, face-to-camera, talking like a normal person (not polished ads).
- Distribution: Each video is posted to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Language: You will film in your own native language.
- Time Commitment: Expect around 30 minutes per video initially, decreasing to 10-15 minutes once you establish a routine.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $300/month, with potential to rise to $400 and $500 based on performance. (Note: Rates may be adjusted for lower cost-of-living countries).
- Consistency Bonus: An additional $50 in any month where you hit the 12-video-per-week quota.
- Performance Bonuses: Paid per video based on TikTok views after 14 days:

Payment Terms
- All contracts and payments are processed through Upwork for security and transparency.
Hiring Locations
We are hiring from the following regions:
- Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, France, Austria, Ireland, UK, US, Canada, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil, Mexico.
Note: You must have good English proficiency to understand briefs and communicate with the team, even though your videos will be in your native language.
