Open Positions

  • Engineering Manager

    • You will play a major role in leading and scaling our engineering organization.
    • Responsibilities include unblocking, scaling, and hiring.
    • You will still read code and hold technical opinions that impact the product; we are not looking for a pure people manager.
    • Networking/infra background is a plus, not a filter.
    • Ideal candidates have experience scaling a team from 0 to 20+ and have seen their product scale accordingly.

  • Senior/Staff Backend Engineer (Golang)

    • Focus on the control plane: peer coordination, policy and access control, and multi-tenancy.
    • Ensure the system remains performant as customer networks grow into the hundreds of thousands of peers.

  • Network / Client Engineer (Golang)

    • Focus on the agent side: WireGuard, NAT traversal, hole punching, relays, and DNS.
    • Responsible for shipping one client across Linux, macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
    • Ideal for those who enjoy deep-dive debugging of peer-to-peer connectivity issues.

  • Solutions Engineer

    • A technical, customer-facing role covering pre-sales and post-sales.
    • You will architect rollouts for large companies (e.g., 500-person networks) live on calls.
    • Act as a key feedback channel back into the product roadmap.

Work Environment

We have an office in Berlin and primarily work within the CET/CEST time zone. While we would love to have you in the office, we are happy to hire remotely for stellar candidates. We are scaling quickly, offering a unique opportunity to join early and grow your career alongside the company.
