About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will:
- Conceive new features, define technical requirements, epics, and user stories around the topic of Smart Living
- Work closely with the User Research and User Experience team using Design Thinking processes
- Continuously work on the Customer Journey and prioritize the Product Backlog
- Plan and accompany the introduction of new features and services
- Define KPIs and create reports for economic product success together with the Marketing team
- Create sales support materials and train Customer Support
Requirements
- A degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager
- Experience with agile methods and Design Thinking
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Independent, structured way of working with a focus on pragmatic solutions
- Joy of innovation and hands-on mentality
- Very good English and German skills
