About the Role
Orenva is building governance infrastructure for founder-led businesses using AI. This involves a multi-agent web system that aligns AI and human teams with the founder as the business scales.
Your primary responsibility is to integrate authored product strategy into a functional system. This includes: agent specs, validation rules, intake design, output schemas, governance checks, and platform contracts. You will be wiring authored input into a working system, not inventing the product.
Technical Skills
- Likely Python or TypeScript; the specific language is open to your recommendation based on the project specifications.
- Experience with multi-agent runtime, schema-first design, full-stack web development, and versioned outputs.
Compensation
- Fixed-bid preferred; hourly with a cap is also accepted.
- Subcontracting mid-grade engineers under your senior oversight is welcome.
Timeline
- Start is contingent on funding close.
- Estimated build duration: 3–6 months.
- A strong fit may lead to an ongoing technical lead / fractional CTO relationship.
