About the Role

We are hiring an Instagram Reels editor for an established female content creator in the lifestyle/aesthetic vertical. This is a batch workflow position with per-video pay.

Compensation

Rate: $30 USD per finished 60-second Reel (includes 1 revision round)

Requirements

Prior experience editing for female influencers/creators.
Portfolio must include shortform vertical content in women's lifestyle, beauty, or wellness.
Strong pacing skills, specifically for the first 3-second hook.
Graphic design and aesthetic typography fluency (e.g., drop shadow, italic serif).
Proficiency in music and SFX layering.
Availability: 9 AM – 5 PM EST, weekdays.
Ability to handle 4K source files and access to reliable internet.
