Founding Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:
We are building Watchtower Pulse, an AI-driven system that integrates with Epic and Cerner to automate Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and discharge workflows. It reads patient charts via SMART on FHIR, checks insurance rules, generates complete referral packets, and routes them instantly.
The founder has deep, hands-on hospital and Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience. The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope is intentionally narrow, and pilot conversations are active.
We are looking for a senior engineer with a founder mindset who wants true ownership from day one.
