About the Role
We are seeking a Windows / Linux System Administrator to manage and support enterprise telephony infrastructure for a Homeland Security customer.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance — REQUIRED
- U.S. Citizen (dual citizens cannot be considered)
- 7+ years of systems administration or systems engineering experience
- Strong Windows / Linux Server experience
- Experience with Avaya and enterprise telephony systems
- Experience with call recording and workforce management applications
- VMware ESXi and vCenter experience
- Experience with ESXi certificate management
- Networking experience with IPv4 / IPv6, ports, protocols, and monitoring
- Security vulnerability remediation and validation experience
- Active Directory and Group Policy Administration
- DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and system integration experience
- Client/server certificate management experience
- Ability to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD
- Availability for a rotational 24x7x365 on-call schedule
