# Telecaller (Remote)
We are an online language learning platform looking for remote telecallers to convert leads into trial bookings and subscriptions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Call new leads who signed up on our website or social media
* Explain our language learning platform and pricing
* Book trial lessons and close subscriptions
* Update lead status in Google Sheets
**Requirements:**
* Fluent spoken English (or target language)
* Sales or call center experience preferred
* Reliable internet and headset
* Friendly and persuasive communication
**Pay:**
* 💰 $15–$40/hour (depending on country & experience)
* Commission per sale (high performers can earn more)
* Part-time or full-time remote
