About the Role

We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to support the commissioning and startup of industrial water treatment systems across North America. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, construction, and customer teams to ensure water treatment equipment is installed, tested, and operating according to design specifications while providing technical support and operator training.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of water treatment experience
Experience in commissioning, construction, or field services
Strong understanding of Reverse Osmosis (RO), EDI, Ion Exchange, and Thermal water treatment systems
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs
Knowledge of water treatment chemistry
Experience with PLC/HMI systems, I/O checkout, networking, and basic control logic troubleshooting
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams
Valid driver's license and passport
Willingness to travel 70–80% (approximately 250 days per year)

Responsibilities

Commission water treatment plants by verifying equipment and control systems perform according to specifications
Serve as the liaison between engineering and construction teams during plant installation
Provide customers with technical support, equipment startup assistance, calibration, maintenance guidance, and operator training
Develop commissioning schedules, performance plans, SOPs, and operational log sheets
Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and participate in engineering design reviews
Perform aftermarket services including inspections, equipment evaluations, and customer training
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues
Perform PLC/HMI activities including I/O checkout, networking, program uploads/downloads, and basic ladder logic troubleshooting
Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation for future maintenance and outages
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with VEOLIA safety standards

Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25.00–$27.00/hour W-2
