Compensation & Benefits
- Commission: 15% of project value on every client you close, paid within 14 days of client payment.
- Recurring Revenue: 12 months of commission on repeat work from clients you bring.
- Flexibility: Commission-only, no base salary. This is a non-exclusive role, allowing you to work alongside other commitments.
- Autonomy: You own the client relationship and negotiation; final quotes are approved by us.
