Remote Project Coordinator (Client & Tech Coordination)

Compensation: $30–$50/hr Source: reddit-r-forhire

I’m looking for a remote Project Coordinator to help manage communication and coordination across ongoing software projects. The role is simple and practical: keeping things clear, organized, and moving forward between clients and developers.

Note: Already working in a company or having experience with how client–developer workflows operate is a big plus (this can be a good side role for additional income).

What You’ll Do

  • Talk with clients to understand their needs.
  • Turn client requests into clear task notes for developers.
  • Coordinate updates between clients and the engineering team.
  • Track progress across multiple projects.
  • Make sure nothing gets lost or delayed.
  • Help with small technical checks when needed.

Who You Are

  • Strong communication skills (clear English).
  • Comfortable with basic technical concepts.
  • Some IT/tech exposure is helpful but not required.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to switch between client and technical conversations.

Role Details

  • Type: Fully remote, flexible part-time/contract work.
  • Compensation: $30–$50 per hour.
  • Payment: Paid via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.
  • Location: North America & Europe preferred.

How to Apply

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized and helping teams stay aligned between clients and developers.
