We operate in 70+ countries and spend $200-300k/month on paid media across multiple brands.
We’re bringing this expertise in-house, and need a sharp and dedicated performance marketer to lead it.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale large ad budgets across Meta and Google
- Design and optimize full-funnel strategies to hit ROAS and CPA goals
- Run creative and audience tests at scale
- Own tracking, analytics, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal creative and leadership teams
Requirements
- Proven record managing $200K+ monthly spend
- Expert in Meta / Google Ads Managers
- Strong data mindset: pixels, UTMs, attribution, dashboards
- Self-sufficient, detail-driven, fluent in English
- Prior e-learning, DTC, or subscription experience is a plus
