Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic full-time Graphic & Web Designer to join the BnkToTheFuture.com family. We are looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. The ideal candidate understands how marketing campaigns work—especially in the Financial, FinTech, Bitcoin, and Technology sectors—to support our clients effectively. We work in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to hit the ground running. Applicants with experience leading creative teams and designing for video editing, illustration, animation, UX/UI, and wireframing will be given prime consideration.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work simultaneously on 5+ projects within any given week.
  • Work towards tight deadlines with strong time management.
  • Manage a transparent workload using our project management and communication systems.
  • Create compelling wireframe mock-up website designs.
  • Work with the developer team to improve UX/UI for BnkToTheFuture.com.
  • Build, design, and maintain website infrastructure for Simon Dixon (CEO & Co-Founder).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on creative projects, such as developing training videos.
  • Work with the Marketing team on cross-relational projects related to BnkToTheFuture.com, Retirement Plan B™, and Simon Dixon.
  • Work with the Pitch Management Team to produce Investment Pitch Decks and edit client investment pitch videos.
  • Create infographics, explainer videos, and YouTube thumbnails.
  • Assemble design elements created by other professionals (icons, photographs, etc.) for website designs.
  • Create visual assets for marketing materials, websites, brochures, manuals, and other media.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or a related discipline (desirable).
  • Experience: 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably in a marketing or FinTech environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote for presentations.
  • Web Skills: Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript; experience with WordPress, templates, Mailchimp, and Kajabi.
  • Design Capabilities: Strong logo design, 3D design (virtual environments/product packaging), illustration, photo manipulation, and desktop publishing skills.
  • Project Management: Impeccable file management and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills; ability to demonstrate a consistent understanding of design briefs and feedback.
  • Tools: Experience using wireframe apps such as Zeplin.
  • Flexibility: Responsive team player capable of working towards tight deadlines.
