What the Role Involves

As a Virtual Sales Manager (also called a Virtual TeleSales Specialist), you’ll guide clients through important financial decisions – all from your home office.

Meet with clients over virtual calls to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
Work exclusively with warm leads – no cold calling, door-knocking, or bothering your friends and family
Complete our guided training program and get your state life insurance license (if you’re not licensed yet)
Provide excellent service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Set and achieve personal and team goals
Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and a client-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a background in insurance. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Self-starters who are coachable and goal-driven
Great communicators who can build rapport quickly
Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote setup
