[Hiring] AI Creative Directors for Clothing Brands

About the Role
We have built AI automations for a US-based streetwear brand, and they are currently looking for Creative Directors to join their team and run campaigns. You will have the choice to work directly with the client or through us.
Responsibilities
- Carousel Campaigns: 4 per week
- Reels (15–20 sec): 2 per week
- Establish moodboards and campaigns that align with the brand tone and tell a compelling story.
- Select and utilize appropriate AI models for each specific use case.
Requirements
- Portfolio: Please send your portfolio and your costs.
- AI Model Proficiency: Experience with Recraft, Higgsfield, GPT Image 2.0, Nano Banana Pro, Kling 3, and Seedance 2.0 (1080p and 4k).
- Sample Work: If you do not have an existing portfolio, please use Denim Tears as an example brand and create samples around it.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to showcase how you set up moodboards and establish campaigns.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $15/hr (Note: This is included for post guidelines; actual pay will vary based on your standard rates, project scope, or per-image basis).
- Usage Costs: All AI usage costs are covered by the client.
