About the Role
Volt is hiring a Part-Time Sales Operations Analyst in Atlanta, GA (90% Remote). You will support the day-to-day execution of sales policy processes, including MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), by maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance, and supporting reporting and visualization efforts. This role works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Brand, Legal, Revenue Growth Management, and Market Development & Planning (MD&P) to ensure MAP pricing integrity, policy adherence, and operational efficiency.
This Sales Ops Analyst is required to come onsite occasionally to the client's office in Atlanta, GA for 1 Day a week.
- Remote Work: 20 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
- Hours: Between 9 AM - 5 PM EST (clients are flexible on the hours)
Responsibilities
- Perform daily extraction and review of compliance data from internal software systems to identify potential enforcement actions, such as placing customers on stop-ship status or removing unauthorized listings.
- Partner with internal teams to educate and inform stakeholders about the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy, ensuring alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
- Manage three dedicated MAP email inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and enforcement-related communications.
- Upload pricing data into the compliance software as needed and maintain the list of authorized vendors within the tool.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and manage relevant data to support compliance tracking and decision-making.
Requirements
- No experience needed with MAP Policies (Minimum Advertised Price), however, some pricing experience would be a nice to have.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Compliance, Dashboards or Reporting with Tableau/Power BI/Excel is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr on W2
- The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
