About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to work on strategic projects in the cards, benefits, and incentives segment, supporting the evolution of digital products in a highly regulated and large-scale financial context.

This person will play a central role in building and evolving the product portfolio, ensuring that the solutions delivered are aligned with the business strategy, user needs, and industry regulations, always focusing on value generation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Act from start to finish in the planning and evolution of products, from defining requirements to monitoring results.
Build, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, elaborating epics and user stories aligned with business and user needs.
Work with UX/UI, engineering, and data teams to ensure a high-value experience.
Interact with cross-functional areas to map dependencies, align expectations, and ensure the execution of initiatives.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, supporting the team in removing impediments.
Monitor product performance indicators, using data and feedback.
Ensure the continuous improvement of the user experience and alignment with strategies.
Monitor the business case of the products, ensuring viability, sustainability, and results generation.
Ensure alignment with credit policies, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements of the digital environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role in digital products.
Experience in agile environments, working with discovery, roadmap, backlog, definition of MVPs, and launch of features.
Experience in elaborating user stories, acceptance criteria, and value-based prioritization.
Analytical ability for data-driven decision-making.
Experience in complex projects, with multiple stakeholders and areas involved.
Good communication, organization, and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience or familiarity with financial contexts, payment methods, cards, or benefits.

Nice to Have

Experience with products in the benefits, incentives, cards, or PIX segment.
Knowledge in project management and new business development.
Experience in leadership or coordination of cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Azure and product analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Knowledge in CRM strategies, communication and conversion rules.
