[Hiring] Remote AI Call Quality Reviewers - Various Native Language Speakers

About the Role
We are RealLoop. We run human quality review for AI companies, and we are hiring native speakers to listen to recorded AI voice calls and mark what the AI got wrong.
The Work
You will listen to recorded customer calls handled by an AI agent in one of the following languages:
- Tagalog
- Bahasa
- Mandarin
- Arabic
You will log issues against a fixed checklist, including:
- Wrong words in the transcript
- Unnatural tone or pronunciation
- The agent cutting the customer off
- Replies that do not answer the question
All work is performed in our web tool. Training is provided, and no prior experience is needed. All calls are recorded customer interactions reviewed inside our tool; we handle them under a data privacy process and nothing is shared outside it.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in any of the above languages
- Comfortable reading and writing in English
- Access to a laptop, headphones, and stable internet
Terms
- Contract role: Fully remote
- Flexibility: Part-time and full-time options available with flexible timing
- Compensation: Competitive pay up to $20 per hour (details shared upon application)
