About the Role
TechTalk is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to focus on agentic engineering: building and improving systems, workflows, and engineering practices around AI agents and AI-assisted development. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about maintainability, testing, refactoring, deployment safety, and engineering judgment under pressure.

- Raise the bar across teams.
Requirements
You'll likely fit if:
- DORA metrics are useful to you, not decorative.
- You know why small commits matter.
- You’ve seen what a good deployment pipeline does to a team.
- You can use AI to scale quality, not just output.
- You know when AI tools help and when they hurt.
- You know how to keep generated code out of the debt spiral.
