Responsibilities
IT & ERP Management
- Computer Systems: Maintain and set up computer systems (30 desktops, 3 laptops, iPods, etc.).
- Server Administration: Manage 2 servers with defined security levels.
- Network Infrastructure: Maintain and set up LAN, WAN, Wireless, and VPN networks.
- Email Systems: Maintain and set up BlackBoxMail Server (25 mail IDs).
- Security Systems: Maintain and set up CCTV cameras (54 cameras and 3 DVRs).
- Software Management: Maintain, update, and troubleshoot PPMS software; manage all entries and coordinate with programmers.
- Development: Develop small applications and software as needed.
- Communication Systems: Maintain and set up EPBX and attendance machines.
- Internet: Resolve internet-related connectivity and performance issues.
- Procurement: Handle the purchase of all IT-related items.
Technical & Machine Support
- Machine Backups: Manage CNC and SPM machine program backups.
- Marking Systems: Maintain marking machines and associated software; design new markings per customer requests.
- PLC Systems: Maintain and set up PLC-based machine software.
Design & Administrative Tasks
- Graphic Design: Design boxes and other materials using CorelDRAW/Photoshop; coordinate with box suppliers and manage purchasing.
- Cataloging: Arrange product CD catalogues.
- Compliance: Coordinate with excise departments regarding any pending issues.
