Remote Sales Specialist — Commission-Based (Recurring Income)

We are an IT staffing agency that provides full-time, remote developers (based in Argentina) to U.S. companies. We are seeking motivated, results-focused Sales Specialists to bring in new clients. This is a 100% commission-based role with monthly recurring payouts for each developer placed.

About the Role

What You'll Do:

Find and contact potential clients: Agencies, startups, SaaS companies, and businesses needing developers.
Book calls: Bring them to us; we handle discovery and technical qualification.
Earn recurring commission: For each developer assigned full-time to a client, you earn a commission for every hour billed, every month.

Compensation

How Commissions Work:

You earn $2–$4 per hour billed by each developer you place.
Developers typically bill 160 hours/month.
Example:
- 1 developer = $320–$640/month
- 5 developers = $1,600–$3,200/month
Developers often stay 12–36+ months, so commissions compound.
No caps.
