About the Role
Your Job – Step by Step:

Beginning of October: You start in a B2C telesales campaign. Here you call existing mobile phone customers and offer them attractive additional options (e.g. data packages).

End of November: You switch to Inbound Mobile Service & Sales. There you answer customer inquiries and use every opportunity for sales-oriented communication.
Your Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales: active contact with customers and offering of additional options (e.g. data packages)
- Telephone consultation of existing mobile phone customers,
- Inbound Service & Sales: competent processing of incoming customer inquiries as well as upselling & cross-selling,
- Documentation of customer conversations in the systems,
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and at the same time sales success.
Qualifications
Your working hours:
- Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.,
- About two weekends per month in use, full-time or part-time possible.

Bonus promotion for your start: If you start with us between 15.09.2025 and 15.10.2025, we will pay you a bonus of €200 for every full year of professional experience in customer service for a telecommunications company (proof by employer certificate, payslip or work certificate).
The payment will be made collectively after successful completion of the probationary period (6 months).
