Mission
The professional's mission will be to generate new revenue and expand Sensedia's portfolio by prospecting and closing opportunities with strategic clients, acting as an account executive specializing in APIs, integrations, Governance and Open Finance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all stages from first contact to closing.
- Perform in-depth discovery to map needs, pain points and maturity.
- Develop a solution vision connected to the Sensedia portfolio.
- Build high-impact business cases and proposals.
- Create and nurture long-term relationships with decision makers (C-level, technology, innovation and business managers).
- Work in an integrated manner with Sensedia's internal areas
- Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs with precision and alignment.
- Ensure adherence between commercial expectations, technical capacity and delivery model.
- Act as a trusted advisor for API, integration and open finance/open insurance topics.
- Promote workshops, executive meetings and technical presentations.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the account.
- Structure account plans (Account Plan) with goals, strategies and risks.
- Monitor competition and defend Sensedia's positioning with the client.
- Ensure updated CRM and weekly predictability.
- Prepare reliable forecasts for the board and sales leadership.
Requirements
- Completed higher education
- 8+ years in complex B2B sales, preferably enterprise.
- 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS platforms and Professional Services.
- Knowledge of Open Finance platform sales
- Robust track record of achieving goals and managing large accounts.
- Experience with consultative sales in long cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in selling APIs, integrations, cloud or platforms.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business value (and vice versa).
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot is a differential).
- Fluent/advanced English to deal with documentation, calls and presentations.
- Strong command of consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to conduct executive meetings and high-level presentations.
- Ability for strategic negotiation in complex environments.
- Experience in RFPs and RFIs
- Strong performance in the financial or multi-industry segment.
- Security in negotiation, price defense and value support.
Desirable
- Certification in a public cloud (AWS, Azure or Google)
- Have already worked with sales with API platforms in integration companies
- Knowledge of distributed architectures
- Previous participation in digital transformation projects.
- Have already worked in sales with partners
