Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team on a commission-only basis. Your main responsibility will be to call incoming leads generated through our Facebook campaigns, pre-qualify them, pre-educate them, and book them in for an appointment with our client.

This role is fast-paced — you must be able to call new leads within 5 minutes of them coming in. Since our team already handles leads during standard business hours, you’ll primarily be covering outside normal operating hours (afternoons, evenings, weekends, etc.). Flexibility with US/Canada Mountain Time is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call leads within 5 minutes of receiving them.
  • Pre-qualify and pre-educate prospects about our client’s remodeling services.
  • Book qualified leads into appointments for our client.
  • Follow scripts and frameworks provided while also adapting naturally in conversations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and booked appointments.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English speaking skills with a neutral or American accent.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone sales preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and outside of traditional business hours (flexible to Mountain Time, US/Canada).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven — since pay is performance-based only.
  • Reliable phone and internet connection.

Compensation

  • $25 per booked appointment.
  • No base salary or hourly pay — this role is 100% commission-based/performance-based.
  • The more you book, the more you earn - potential to book 25+ appointments a month.
