- Workflow automation: Designing agent-driven workflows that are driving real impact for the business and our customers
- Search: Building semantic + keyword retrieval over large amounts of data
- Knowledge graph: Modeling relationships between people, companies, topics, and interactions to power recommendations and discovery
- New products: 0-1 work across new interaction types and mediums
