Everyone building with AI is crowded into the digital world: dev tools, copilots, agents for software people. Meanwhile, the largest asset class on earth, the built world, runs on records scattered across 20,000+ US jurisdictions, and most of those have no online portal at all.
The only way in is a relationship and a public-records request, and you cannot download a relationship. We turned that into the intelligence layer for the built world: permits, contractors, parcels, government decisions. Customers pay for it today.
