Discord Community Moderator for AI SaaS Platform

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable individual to assist with community moderation and engagement tasks for our AI SaaS platform. This is a remote role, and tasks can be completed from anywhere. We prefer candidates in time zones aligned with Pakistan or India if possible, but it is not a requirement.
This role involves approximately 40 hours of work per week. Tasks will be assigned every two-week sprint, based on your skills and our evolving needs.
If you spend a majority of your time at a computer and want to learn more about digital marketing, data engineering, and AI, while having hands-on mentorship, we encourage you to apply. The starting compensation is $80/week, with potential for growth based on performance and promotion as your skills and involvement with our team increase.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning about the AI SaaS platform, brand tone, and community guidelines
- Moderating and organizing our Discord server
- Welcoming and onboarding new community members
- Managing Discord bots and automation tools
- Posting product updates and announcements in the community
- Supporting community events, polls, or feedback collection
- Tracking and reporting engagement metrics and sentiment
- Communicating progress and updates via Discord
Requirements
- Strong written English communication skills
- Understanding of online communities and engagement strategies
- Basic familiarity with Discord and moderation tools
- Organized, responsible, and communicative on Discord
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience moderating other Discord communities
- Interest in AI / SaaS / user support
- Light familiarity with tools like n8n or Discord bots
