About the Role
Beliani is currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our Slovenian market. Relocation support is available for those interested in working from our Szczecin office.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Answer pre- and post-sales questions.
- Help customers choose the right products.
- Process orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Slovenian (C1+)
- Communicative English (B1+)
- Good communication and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Fast learner with the ability to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required — full training is provided.
