About the Role
Day-to-day as a Senior Credit Modeling Analyst at Cora
- Develop and implement credit risk models (application, behavior, billing, collection, product risk models, etc.)
- Monitor the performance of credit risk models, ensuring continuous improvement
- Collaborate actively and closely with business areas (credit and collection policies, profitability, and PDD), ensuring that our solutions are integrated into credit and business strategies
- Be at the forefront of knowledge about Credit and Artificial Intelligence models, seeking gains in productivity and results continuously
- Analytics: complementary analyses to support and direct the credit strategy
- Create dashboards to monitor model performance and for other credit studies or indicators
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in modeling, data science, and machine learning
- Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Knowledge of BI tools for data analysis and reporting
- Programming languages (SAS, R, Python, SQL, or others)
- Ability to clearly and objectively communicate technical results to non-specialist areas
- Good interpersonal skills and partnership building
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of PD, EAD, and LGD modeling will be a plus
- Knowledge of IFRS9 modeling (Resolution 4966)
- Experience in deployment and MLOps
