About the Role
Martin McCoy Fitness is seeking a Video Editor / Content Creator to join our remote team. We are an online coaching business dedicated to helping military men & women aged 30+ build strength, mobility, fitness, and discipline without burnout or extreme approaches.
Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media platforms.
- Create high-quality video content aligned with our coaching style and brand message.
- Add captions, transitions, music, and visual elements to improve viewer engagement.
- Organize and manage content efficiently for consistent posting schedules.
- Collaborate on content ideas and help bring educational and motivational fitness concepts to life.
- Stay updated with social media trends and editing styles to improve content performance.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips where needed.
- Help optimize videos for audience retention and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing short-form social media content.
- Proficient in editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content trends.
- Ability to create engaging, fast-paced content with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Understanding of fitness content is a bonus.
- Ability to match brand tone, humor, and coaching style.
Compensation
- Negotiable, starting from 15 euro per hour
