This engagement centers on ongoing Salesforce development and org management. The developer will work closely with project managers and internal teams to understand business needs, assess how the current org is structured, and carry requested enhancements through to completion while preserving compatibility with existing workflows.
Tasks and Deliverables
- Support and manage the existing Salesforce org.
- Develop and roll out new Salesforce features.
- Understand the current org structure and configuration.
- Maintain the org’s architecture over time.
- Ensure updates work with existing processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams on requirements.
- Carry Salesforce enhancements through to completion.
Required Experience
- Strong Salesforce development experience.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Experience maintaining and evolving Salesforce org architecture.
- Ability to support ongoing Salesforce development and maintenance.
