Responsibilities include managing AI-generated content, growing social media accounts, refining brand identity, and supervising virtual assistants. Candidates must have experience managing social media, understand Western culture and trends, and excel in audience engagement. Success is measured by achieving high view counts and creative branding, with monthly reviews on growth metrics. A major indicator of previous success in this role is organic growth of accounts, ability to warm up and grow accounts quickly, and if possible show a portfolio of recent accounts you have grown into the 10k-100k follower range.
