Freelance Social Media Manager for iOS Travel Apps
We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager & Short-Form Content Creator to help build organic reach for our two iOS travel apps: Pin Traveler (travel tracking map) and Travel & Trip Video Animator (animated trip map video generator).
Compensation & Logistics
- Pay: $15 – $35/hour (Paid, hourly contract)
- Scope: ~2–10 hours/week (flexible, project-based)
- Platform: iOS users only (both apps are currently iOS-first)
Responsibilities
- Ideate & Design: Brainstorm and design concepts for both static posts and short-form video (TikTok/Reels), collaborating closely with our in-house designer/asset creator to bring them to life.
- Organic Content Creation: Independently produce, script, and edit (CapCut/Premiere) organic short-form videos featuring app UI, animated maps, and travel trends.
- Channel & Community Management: Engage with our audience and manage channel presence across platforms, including our dedicated subreddit r/PinTraveler.
Requirements
- Must be an iOS user (both apps are currently iOS only).
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video (Reels/TikToks) and social post design/ideation.
- Solid understanding of travel culture, trends, and mobile app UI marketing.
