About the Role
We build a queryable context graph over enterprise data—industrializing AI for customer success. We have built a federated query engine for agents, custom Go ML models (Markov chains, Genetic Pareto, process mining), and on-prem enterprise infrastructure on a deterministically tested backend.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Principal Engineer with high abstract reasoning who thinks from first principles. You should be someone who:
- Reads papers to invent and model complex domains from scratch.
- Dives 5 layers deep to hunt down bottlenecks.
- Cares deeply about clean software craft, deterministic testing, and customer-driven innovation.
- Welcomes technical debate and stands by your ideas with reason.
- Uses AI tools for real force multiplication (not slop).
Technical Requirements
- Go is preferred, but strong systems engineering fundamentals matter most.
