We are currently seeking ESG Attorneys to work with our top F500 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Advise business units on sustainability, ESG, and climate-related legal risks, including regulatory compliance and disclosures
- Support ESG reporting
- Monitor and analyze emerging ESG legal and regulatory developments
- Draft and review ESG-related policies, procedures, and disclosures
- Provide legal support for sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ESG matters
- Manage outside counsel as needed
