Requirements

- Experience in software engineering, technical support, IT, or related technical roles is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programming, APIs, cloud platforms, debugging, or software development workflows
- Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional teams
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way
