I'm an EM at WorkWhile. We're an ML-powered labor marketplace on a mission to help 80M+ hourly workers find better-paying, more predictable work. Our platform uses demand forecasting, realtime skill based worker shift matching, dynamic pricing and many other features to solve problems in a $650B staffing industry that still runs on spreadsheets, phone calls and legacy systems.
