About the Role
You will own AI at JUPUS. This includes leading the Applied AI team (5 direct reports), setting the technical roadmap, and maintaining the quality bar.
- No delivery commitments: You will focus on high-level strategy and execution.
- Technical Leadership: You will make the architecture calls on retrieval, evaluation, and agent design.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing engineers with direct reports.
- 3+ years of experience at a company where agentic AI is central to the product.
