Hey everyone,

I am the founder of OrcaTrading, a startup that's building a new ecosystem for automated trading, smart analysis tools and copy-trading infrastructure.

We currently have a team of traders, analysts and developers obsessed with creating technology that actually helps retail traders and long-term investors make better, data-driven decisions without needing to code or babysit charts all day.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become the go-to ecosystem for intelligent, automated trading. Combining tools, analytics and automated trading bots, for all different kind of people from 1 minute timeframe scalper, to long-term investors and all in between.

We want to give traders:

• Automation with confidence, whether it's a tool or an complete automated bot.
• Insight in seconds, tools which will provide indepth data like advanced screeners, journals and analytics dashboards.
• A safe and trustworthy community in which people can follow all of our work, and can also contribute and read through educational content covering many aspects regarding trading / investing

What We Have Achieved So Far

• Our own OrcaBot prototype, existing automated trading bot which only needs some fine-tuning
• Our OrcaTrading community in which we share all details regarding our trading bot, and educational content with 400+ members
• Our team grew to 7 members right now, consisting of me (CEO), 2 analysts, 2 moderators and 2 developers.
• We have developed a complete business plan, including team structure, a financial framework and team matrix.
• Plans have been developed to start our development on our website, including our screener and journal with both a free version and a premium version (becoming our first income-stream)

We are now expanding the team to bring in passionate reliable people who want to help shape something that could redefine how traders interact with automation and data.

Our Open Roles (Early Stage Team)

1. Product Manager / Project Coordinator

   You'll work closely with me (CEO) to organize ongoing projects, from OrcaBot to the website launch.

   • Keep analysts, developers and marketing aligned
   • Maintain timelines in our virtual workspace
   • Help translate business ideas to actionable technical steps

   You'll be the operational engine behind all our projects, ensuring we stay efficient, coordinated and on-track as we grow.

2. Full-stack Developer

   You'll help build our website, screener dashboards and integrate our backend trading logic

   • Work with APIs, data visualization and membership systems
   • Implement clean, scalable architecture

   You'll directly shape the core user experience that drives our community and revenue

3. QA Engineer / Tester

   We need someone who loves breaking things before the users do.

   • Test features, trading logics, data feeds and web dashboards.
   • Ensure reliability, data accuracy and performance before release.

   You'll be the gatekeeper of quality, every trader's trust in our tools depends on your precision.

4. Marketing and Community Manager

   You'll bridge between our tech and the public.

   • Manage social media and discord announcements
   • Create campaigns and share updates about our work
   • Engage community feedback and turn it into actionable insights

   You'll help build the community that becomes the foundation of our user base and early revenue stream

5. Process Planner / Operations Assistant

   If you love structure, this is your playground

   • Help define and document processes (how we build, release and communicate)
   • Maintain our virtual workspace and reporting dashboards

   You'll turn our startup chaos into predictable and repeatable workflows, setting us up for long-term scalability.

What You'll Get
