Job Title: [HIRING] Connect with Landlords
About the Role
We are a small team assisting self-managing landlords who are overwhelmed by tenant communication, rent tracking, and day-to-day administration. We are not a property management company. We help owners keep rent, maintenance, and tenant messages organized, so they don't have to juggle texts, emails, and spreadsheets.
We are looking for someone to find and reach out to landlords or small investors (through Facebook groups, Craigslist, forums, networking, etc.) and make warm introductions to owners genuinely interested in a simpler way to manage their rentals.
This role focuses on starting conversations and making introductions; there is no hard selling or closing involved.
Compensation
- $100 per activated landlord (flexible depending on experience and results).

Requirements
- Comfortable talking to people
- Knowledge of online spaces where landlords congregate
- Ability to explain things clearly without sounding spammy
