About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced paid ads specialist to join our team on a long-term contractor basis.

Our immediate priority is an automotive paint protection company offering services such as Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, window tint, vinyl wraps, and related services. We are specifically looking for someone who has previously run successful Google Ads campaigns for PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, detailing, vinyl wrap, or a closely related automotive service.

This is not intended to be a one-account position. We work with multiple service-based businesses and are looking for someone we can continue giving additional accounts to as we grow.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Strong experience with Google Search Ads and local lead generation.
  • Niche Expertise: Previous experience advertising PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, detailing, vinyl wraps, or similar automotive services.
  • Performance: Proven results generating qualified leads for local service businesses.
  • Platform Proficiency: Experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with other service-based industries is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of keyword research, negative keywords, campaign structure, bidding, geographic targeting, remarketing, and optimization.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Experience with conversion tracking, including calls and website form submissions.
  • Lead Quality: Ability to analyze lead quality rather than optimizing solely around platform-reported conversions.
  • CRO: Understanding of landing pages and conversion rate optimization.
  • Independence: Comfortable managing campaigns independently and providing clear reporting.

Note: We are looking for an individual freelancer/contractor, not an agency or white-label advertising company. Experience advertising car dealerships, automotive e-commerce stores, or auto parts by itself is not what we're looking for.
