Job Description
Ymag, a publisher of digital solutions dedicated to education and training, is recruiting a Director of Tech and Product to join its management committee.
Responsible for a team of approximately 70 people (product, development, data, design), You will define and implement the product and technological vision of the company. As the guarantor of the roadmap, You will ensure the coherence between innovation, quality, and customer needs, in close collaboration with the project, sales, and operational teams.
A true leader, the CPTO contributes directly to the growth strategy of Ymag and embodies its mission: to offer high-performance and scalable digital solutions to serve the players in education and training.
Your missions:
- Define and carry the product and technological vision aligned with the overall strategy of the company regarding our solutions and services.
- Work in close collaboration with the other members of the CODIR to align the product & tech roadmap with business objectives.
- Supervise and grow a multidisciplinary team of 70 people: Product Managers, PO, UX/UI Designers, developers…
- Structure, professionalize, and develop the product and technological culture.
- Promote the engagement, collaboration, and skills development of the teams.
- Pilot the product roadmap and ensure delivery within the deadlines and quality standards expected.
- Guarantee the scalability, security, and performance of the technological platforms.
- Implement good development, quality, and governance practices.
- Initiate new innovative projects (AI, data, cloud, automation).
- Ensure active monitoring of technological and competitive developments.
- Identify market trends, innovation opportunities, and levers for differentiation.
Qualifications
You come from a SaaS software publisher that has transformed its product offering or has consolidated several products, you have extensive experience as a Chief Product and Tech Officer (CPTO) or Director of Innovation.
You are able to propose innovative solutions with a modern technological environment (cloud, microservices, APIs, data-driven product, etc.), aligned with the defined commercial objectives.
You are recognized for your leadership and your ability to successfully manage ambitious projects and multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams. An excellent communicator, you know how to engage both your teams and decision-makers.
