Lead Product Manager (PDM)
Locations: Must reside within 50 miles of one of the following locations: Baltimore MD, Wilmington DE, Charlotte NC, or Irving TX.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Lead who can drive the strategy and execution of customer-facing lending platform capabilities. This person should have strong experience in Agile product management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
Requirements
Good fit if you have the following requirements:
- 5–7 years of product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience working in agile operating models.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into executable plans aligned with business objectives.
- Experience working with distributed teams and using agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Demonstrated experience with lending products, including understanding platform functionality, processing flows, APIs/data transmission technologies, and/or new business integration services.
- Experience leading scrum teams through end-to-end programs using the SDLC.
- Proficiency in writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing / Performance Objectives:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning business goals with technical feasibility and long-term platform architecture.
- Lead product discovery and evaluate opportunities using data, VOC, and analytics to identify high-value initiatives and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, UX, marketing, operations, and leadership to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
- Own product execution within Agile teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and end-to-end delivery through SDLC.
- Drive platform development, ensuring modern architecture principles (cloud, microservices, API-first) and high standards for data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Measure performance using KPIs, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously optimize products and customer outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to stakeholders and leadership, influencing alignment and driving execution.
- Foster innovation by leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, automation) to enhance platform capabilities and business value.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $95.00 to $100.00
