We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join P2P.org, the largest institutional staking provider.
About the Role
The Senior Data Analyst will work on:
- Validation economics
- Blockchain ecosystem research
- End-to-end data solutions — from modeling and experimentation to dashboards and data platform setup (BigQuery, Python, Airflow/DBT)
The role involves:
- Close collaboration with internal teams
- Ownership of data marts and reporting
- Supporting decisions around yield optimization, new networks, and risk/opportunity analysis across the staking and restaking landscape.
Crypto experience is a must.
