About
Kyber is an open-source SDK and platform designed to control remote machines, ranging from Remote Desktop to Robot Teleoperation/Teleobservation.
Kyber utilizes a multi-stream and multi-actuator transport with extremely low latency, built over Quic. It encompasses the server, the client, and the protocol.
Kyber can be used to control robots, drones, desktops, servers in the cloud, or for remote rendering of interactive 3D programs. It's built for Remote RealTime applications where every millisecond is critical.
The Kyber team consists of engineers from the VLC and FFmpeg communities. The codebase is primarily in Rust, C, and assembly, with some development in Go.
