About the Role

We are seeking a skilled video editor to transform long-form content (podcasts, interviews, B-roll footage, etc.) into engaging 15–30 second short-form clips for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

What We're Looking For

You work fast and efficiently, speed matters as much as quality.
You know how to cut, subtitle, and format for vertical platforms.
You can spot the “hooks” and moments that actually keep people watching.
You understand pacing, captions, and trends without needing to be handheld.
You can consistently deliver a batch of clips from one long-form video.

Requirements

Solid portfolio of short-form edits (don’t apply without one, PLEASE.)
Strong turnaround times, this is not a slow project.
Reliable communication.

Payment

We’re open to the best offer based on the quality and speed you bring. (Rate per 10 videos)
