We are an international team establishing a new U.S. company and seeking a U.S.-based independent contractor to serve as a local representative / nominee contact.
This is a non-operational role and does not involve managing company funds or making business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with incorporation requirements as a U.S. point of contact
- Receiving and forwarding occasional business correspondence
- Providing feedback to help our comics better align with the U.S. market
Compensation
- $300 USD per month (paid via PayPal Business)
- $3,600 USD total over a 12-month term
