About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Security Engineer to help mature and scale our security engineering program. You will work across application security, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. Your contributions will include:
- Implementing secure SDLC practices
- Conducting threat modeling, code reviews, and design reviews
- Managing CI/CD security testing
- Performing AWS hardening
- Auditing activities to allow Elucid to ship secure code quickly within a regulated SDLC
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, application security, or a closely related software engineering role.
- A strong background in secure coding.
- Fluency in cloud infrastructure security.
- Deep understanding of common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10 and beyond).
- Proficiency in authentication and cryptography fundamentals.
- Note: Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
